Reiki

Relax, connect and ground yourself with reiki.

This healing session is aimed to support and empower you. Reiki is a gentle channelling of life force energy always guided by the wisdom of your being. Energy can shift, emotions can be integrated, change can be created as you open to receive what is needed in the moment.

Space for a brief consultation and intention work will be held at the beginning of the session.

Bespoke sessions

Reiki and sound work beautifully together. These sessions are a cocreation and exploration to open and return. Intuitively held with a consultation upon booking.

Breathwork

Curious and willing to go deeper with the breath?

I am a breathwork facilitator in training and currently spaces are available for you to come and experience a 1hr breathwork session with me.

The session includes a breathwork analysis, guided breathwork session, with space for integration.

Sound baths

Enter into a portal of rest as you cocoon yourself within the supportive frequencies of the gong, crystal bowls, chimes and other healing instruments.

These sessions are designed to bring you into alignment, to promote deep listening, to know your clarity. An invitation towards embodiment and integration, for deep rest and remembering, and an honouring of your being.

1-1 sound baths take place at my space in Central London. I work with the gongs, the crystal alchemy bowls, and himalayan bowls.

Sound massage

An experience like no other, centering, nurturing and deeply relaxing. Working with the himalayan bowls, placed around, and on the body, the sonic movements and vibrations, massage and tend to your entire being, working on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
