UK CUSTOMERS

All orders placed within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 within 4-6 business days of purchase if item is ready-to-ship or 4-6 weeks if the item is listed as made-to-order.

 

PICK-UP OPTION

​

There is an option at checkout to collect your piece free of charge if you are local to Hoxton, East London. An email will be sent out to you if you choose this option once the item is ready to pick up. For any other pick up arrangements in London, please email me at claire@inkyclaw.com with your order number to see if this can be accommodated.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Any international shipping to EU countries, U.S. & Canada is arranged via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Please note that you may be charged with import taxes and customs of which both are the buyer’s responsibility.

RETURNS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

As a small independent business, wan ceramics studio cannot accept any returns or refunds.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged/broken, please email claire@inkyclaw.com so a replacement can be shipped out to you. However, all items are thoroughly packaged with great care :)

Please be aware that wan ceramics studio does not hold any responsibility for:

• incorrect/incomplete addresses which may result in the shipment being returned, in which case the buyer is responsible for return fees.

• lost or stolen packages or items that have been left unattended.

• any customs or import taxes that may be charged.
